Bathroom (2002-200?)
One fine evening in 2002 Jamie went in to repair a broken tile and found instead that the entire tub area was rotten. We ripped out the rotten framing and lived with concrete blocks in leau of a wall for three years. This year we got a bit further, ripping out the tub, flooring, floor, walls etc., and installing a shower, moving the toilet and putting in new flooring. We've a ways to go, but it's functional.
